Transmission Cable... HELP!!!

I have almost completed the T-Ram install and all I have left is the transmission cable. (TV Cable I believe)

I heard there was a way to reset it?

How important is placement?

If i get it close to the right spot and reset it, it will work correctly?

I am going to be building a new bracket so any suggestions will help. If anyone knows where I can buy the correct braket - even better!

P.S. If someone can tell me how to post pics, I could explain it a hell of a lot better...

yes, it can be reset.

ballpark placement is good

it will work fine if you reset it upon new placment.

several brackets are available from parts stores to choose from which should fit your needs.

I had a problem similar to yours. I just installed a vortec headed 350 into my 86 with a performer vortec manifold and edelbrock carb. I had to order a bracket assembly, throttle cable and new TV cable from a company called LOKAR (865-966-2269). These cost about $125.00 shipped and I am planning on putting them on this weekend. From what I understand the TV cable will be the hard part.
