problem with MSD bulk wire set

i ordered a set of 25' wire (#34019) and 90* terminals and boots(#3311). i crimped one terminal already but when i try to squeeze it into the boot, its too tight and eventually wont move. i removed it and the wire came right off the terminal. is this how it's supposed to be or do i have a mismatched set?? i dont see any other way i can get the terminal into the boot since it's at a 90* angle.

sounds like your crimp isn't as good as it could be. i use a little screw driver to push the terminal into the boot enough to grap it with needle nose pliers and pull it rest of the way through.

Lube the wire with some silicone dielectric grease (Dow Corning #4)

thanks guys my crimp wasn't strong enough and with some dielectric grease it was a lot easier pushing the wires in.
