Does the LT1 bolt right up to my..........
Okay im going to buy a LT1 350 engien and then a T56 but just for now im going to buy the engine first so i was wondering if it just bolt right up to my 1989 Firebird formula with the Auto Th700-R4 tranny.

Also is there any motor know to last longer than a different year like a 94 being better than a 96 something like that also is the gauges for like oil pressure and coolant temp can i just cut and splice the wires?

94+ Caprice's motors have the Vented Opti.
95+ F-body's have the vented opti.
Best bet is a low milage 95 F-body LT1, easier to program, or should I say cheaper.
96-97 are good too, but I'd recommend converting to OBD1 for tuning purposes.

Dam i dont know what to do know i just went to www.turbocharged.ca and saw the video of the ss camaro racing ricers and other camaros and man that thing is fast as ****.Hummmmm LS1 in my formula with the 6 speed.
