Utah Emission Question...
I live in Utah and have a question concerning the laws on exhaust systems.. I just finished installing Edelbrock headers on my car, and in the process I took off all my smog equitment.. and took off the air pipe going to my CAT. can someone please inform me on the utah emission laws? I would really appreciate it.. Thanks.. Also, does anyone know the steps to change the turn signal unit ( blinker ) on the steering wheel, what do I need to take off, and whats the steps, thanks..
