HELP! TPS Sensor/Voltmeter....Quick ASAP

HELP! TPS Sensor/Voltmeter....Quick ASAP

I set my minimum air, and now i'm on the TPS Sensor, but the article in the tech section doesn't say which wire to tap into. Plus i have no idear howto use this digital voltmeter. It has [DC] x1, x10, x100 then
[AC] x1000 then [DC mA] x1, x100 do i use AC or DC? someone please help ASAP! Need to get to school tomarrow...Just not my week to be messing with cars i guess...

Branz,

Connect to the 'A' abd 'B' terminals on the TPS - generally the top two terminals. Adjust for 0.54VDC +/- 0.07V.

Umm, what color are the wires supposed to be? I know one is blue and the other's are dark grey and light grey which of the grey wires do i connect to?

Black and blue wires, 20 DCV setting on your multimeter.

If you get 5.0 volts on your meter, remove one of the test leads and put it on another wire of the TPS. The 5.0 voltage is just a reference voltage. Other than that, you can place your test leads on either of the wires and you will be at .54 or so volt and can make an adjustment if necessary.
