I am having a extreamly weird problem with my car, which usually happens when I break at a light, but am still moving, I get a hard vibration that isnt really in the wheel, but the seat of my pants. It is really random, and happens maybe once out of every 20 stops. Does anyone know what this is?

 

I'd start by checking the brake rotors and possibly the friction material.
