A few fuel pump Q's
I plan on doing an engine swap next spring and I have heard some peopl say to swap the fuel pump and hoses.
However, after talking with a friend, he says that the stock fuel pump and hoses are just fine on a carberated engine. My engine will be about 400-450 horses, is he right on this? Im inclined to beleive him, just want to make sure.
Second question, on a 305 engine, the fuel pump is mounted on the engine by two bolts, or is it mounted in the gas tank???
Lastly, bigger hoses = better?

look at your engine and you'll know if the FP is mounted there or not. stock may be just fine for you if you had botherd to say what stock was. larger lines= more volumn which isn't bad but it may be unneeded depending on your application.
