What intake should I get?

I'm thinking about getting a new one and it's just a matter of a 40min drive to Summit to get one. I currently have a Weiend Sportsman II. The drivetrain: 355 with LT4 HOT cam, Al L98 heads, 10:1 CR, 750cfm Holley, T56, 3.42 posi. Cam specs: 218/228 duration at .050", .492/.492 lift, centerline 112°. The peak HP is at about 5000-5500.

I've heard good things about the Weiend stealth, though I don't know if I should get a dual or single plane.
