missing from 1500 to 3000

missing from 1500 to 3000
i'm getting missing from about 1500-3000. it idles good and runs good over about 3500. it has new plugs, cap, rotor, and wires. the only things i can think of are carb running too lean, or too much vacume advance. any ideas?
