STALLING???

Ok heres the deal i have an 88 RS. Yes its a 6cyl. For now its auto and it stalled on me when i was at the end of my street waiting to take a right. It just plain stopped. Can someone gimme a reason why it stopped?????

it would help if you told us how your car was acting before it died. whether it was earlier that day or that week. try to remember all the details you can.

It works fine before. it runs like a champ its only like at low rpm's ya know at a red light and stop sign when ur stopped....
