k well today i was just driveing normal and i turn down a side street to see this girl, when makeing the turn the car stalls out. ok that was a first, so i start it back up and continue, reach the end of the street and she stalls out again. but this time she would not start up, i mean it would start for a split sec then die. so i think crap i am out of gas and somethings up with the gauge. so i go get some gas put it in and it gives me a hard time but stays on after reving a bit. so i think everything is fine just a bad gauge. and go on the main street again. driveing normal go to brake car stalls again. so i pull in a driveway and think maby my fuel pump, i take off a line and start it>gas shoots out>so that good.
then i turn up the idle on the carb. give it a shot car starts, soon i put it in drive she stalls. so i start checking all the lines again and the fuel filter, along with pushing all the plugs down to make sure they are all on. i go and start her, and everything is fine. got no more problems after that. what the heck was going on? should i look into this? or just leave it hopeing its just a one time thing?

 

it'd help if you said what you had, but since you didn't i'll guess. tc lock up switch bad.

what is a TC lock up switch? were is it?

 

well i just called my mechanic and hes saying it prob the ignition?<(sp) modual, because sometimes they heat up and dont wanna go. could this also be the problem? i'm affraid to drive my car now!
