LT1...........whats it worth?

I was offered an LT1 out of a 1994 Z-28. Complete engine with Auto tranny and wiring harness/computer.

The motor had 140k and was using oil when removed.

Is it worth 600 bucks?

What mods can be made to the motor without computer problems?
