i saw somewhere that theres a kit to that i can use on perimeter bolt heads so i can use centerbolt valve covers i wanna keep my valve covers and wire looms you know who sells this kit

I know that GMPP offers an adapter that allows the use of perimeter covers on center-bolt heads, but not the other way around. You might want to check Mr. Gasket or another such supplier. If you have a mill and a little spare time, you could hew your own out of some flat stock, then hold them down with flat heads and weld coupling nuts to the area that the center-bolts would thread into. The space taken under the cover may create problems with rocker and valve clearance, however.
