How to adjust roller rockers

Ok, I have a set of 1.6 ratio crane gold race roller rockers. I have my engine pulled apart right now becuase I spun a bearing really bad, but when I get the engine back together I need to know how to adjust the RR's correctly. I had my mech do it for me last time, but I should be able to do it myself, it's just getting the last just right i'm not sure of, and I have heard so many different things on how to do it, and I want to find out exactly the correct way to do and and how to know you got it right. Thanks guys.

Get the valve your adjusting closed on the base circle of the cam, turn the pushrod between your fingers and tighten the polylock till you just start to fill resistance on the pushrod. This should be zero lash, then tighten 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn more.

Thats a good way so that the engine will run, but the best way to do it would be to start the car and back it off slowly until you can hear it ticking then tighten again slowly till the ticking goes away and turn another 1/4-1/2 turn more. Thats the best way to do it, with the engine running.

In short, exactly the same way as you would adjust any other kind of rockers.
