or are the L98 heads the ones they use on the zz4's?

Yes the ZZ4 heads are the aluminum L98 Corvette heads.

Yep, same deal. L-98 aluminum Vette heads are the same as ZZ-4 heads. L-98 cast iron f-body heads are totally different animals.

sssoooo......Do the vette aluminum heads flow pretty close to the camaro cast iron L98 heads?
