Fuel line modifications
Fuel line modifications
I need to remove the in-line pump that I installed because I finally upgraded the in-tank pump. I already have the steel braided line and most of the necessary compression fittings.
My issue is, I cut the stock fuel line that runs into the stock fuel filter. Currently, I have hose clamps holding the current steel braided line in place but I know this is not a good thing especially with the increased fuel pressure from the new in-tank pump. Is there a fitting I can use that will connect my stock fuel filter to the fitting that is attached to the steel braided line?
I will probably end up removing the fuel filter and bring it to a local speed shop to see if there is something that they have that would work but I thought I would ask everyone here first.
