ticking?

recently I noticed a ticking sound coming from inside the car. It came after I changed the bulbs in my instrument cluster. I thought that it might have been my speaker, and since I wanted to replace them anyways, this gave me a good reason to do it. well, I replaced the speakers (all of them) and the ticking is still there, anyone have ideas? The ticking is coming from somewhere around the speaker or in the heater duct, I don't think that its coming from the instrument cluster. the ticking doesn't get louder when I turn up the speakers or anything. HELP! its really annoying!

thanks,
-=-Mike

Blues,

Does the frequency of the noise increase when you speed up the heater blower? (It IS leaf season, you know.)

I didn't think about that... I haven't had the heater or anything going, its still been warm at school, NC. Is it possible that there would be some way that that would still be the cause of the problem?

thanks, Mike
