Buy one. You can buy it singly at most good hardware stores, tool supplies, and some of the major stores, like Sears.
You should invest in a full set of all sockets and wrenches. They are relatively cheap and will pay for themselves in a little time.
I find I need both Inch and Metric sets to do most work on my car. Most mechanical seems to be in Inch while the electrical/fuel injection system seems to require Metric. DON'T make an "Inch tool" do a "Metric tool's" job. You'll just make it worst.
Also a full set of Torx screwdrivers are manditory for a GM car.
But if cash is tight, just buy the individual wrench or socket.

I find a small set of metric is really helpful with electrical and interior. 8mm is used a lot. That may even be the size you need as I don't remember using a 9mm very much on any work I've done on my car. 10mm and 8mm do seem to be used a lot, when I think about it. I have a metric set that goes from 10 - 5 or 4mm, and I do find myself using it a fair amount on my car.
