Vortec heads, Which intake?

I Have a 406 with vortec heads cam, exhaust, the whole bit

I was told that this TPI set up wont give me enough flow for the
C.I.D i have.

I already bought the Scoggin Dickey lower intake for the stock TPI unit and would like to try and stay with that lower piece.

Which intake would give the the best performance without changing my entire setup?

The best would be the TPIS Miniram Vortec.

But, you want to keep what you've got. So, TPIS, SLP, or Edelbrock runners, ported plenum, 58mm TB, and 24 lb injectors with AFPR. Converted to SD, PROM tuning.
