BLM doesn't stick around...

As the subject says, my BLM gets reset to 128 when the engine shuts off. I noticed this as I've been trying to get my T/A to start right. It starts okay first in the morning but when I go out to lunch it cranks about 4-6 seconds before it starts. It acts as if the car is runnig rich.

Well, I've readjusted the min idle and TPS. I did a capture with my AutoXray and it seems all is in order except that the BLM always starts at 128. As I drive the car both the integrator and the BLM creep up.

So why isn't the BLM sticking around? Is it the hypertech chip I have in it? Other than that, I have no idea. As for the running rich.... My MAF shows 4gr/sec with the engine off. Normal or is there some resistance in there? Possibly as I need a new MAF sensor wire (posted in the wanted section).

Other than initial start up, the car runs supurb!

BLM's mean nothing while the car is in open loop. My BLM's, fine correction, and INT's all read 128 upon startup for a bit.
