Head Question

Sorry guys, I posted this in the wrong place, but its in the right place now I hope, anyway: I'm looking to purchase some new heads, but I'm not real sure on which intake runner size to get. I have a 406, with about 10.1 :1, 230/236 @ .050. I have been running 200cc intake runners with a set of Dart pro 1's, I am probably going to buy another set of the darts, I liked them for the most part, but I am kind of up in the air about whether to get 200 or 215 runners. It has good torque now with the 200's but I didn't know if they mightt be a little small for my application. Any of you engine builders have any advice I would love to hear it. Or if you have had good luck with another set of heads let me know and I will consider them. Also, the car does see considerable amount of track time. I shift the car right around 6K if that helps. Thanks guys

This is just my wild guess, since I can't see your setup. I would think that with your displacement and compression, you would want way more than 200cc of runner volume, especially if you are shifting at 6K. 220cc wouldn't be out of the question for track duty.
