Is this possible?

My Friend has a S-10 that runs 12.9@111(cant hook), he has put way over 10k into it and I want to beat him with a few bolt-ons in my 89 Formula 350. The car is bone stock (not even a K&N)with SFCs and 145k miles on the L98. Currently runs 14.25-14.5 regularly.

Here is my plan, Hooker 2210s into electronic dumps. Then adding a nitrous system. I hear running a 150 shot would generally drop 1-1.5 sec, then add .2-.3 between the Long tubes and the cutouts...Im looking at $600 for headers, $300 cutouts and ?$?$? on the nitrous( I have a NOS Cheater system i think i could convert to a wet shot pretty easily or buy a plate for TPI...)

Anyways, I just think it would be great to beat him for under $1500....lol untill my motor or tranny blows.....haha

Could it be done with no internal mods?

His motor: 383 with 10:1, mechanical roller 248dur @ .050 and .575 lift on a 112. AFR 195s and a 750cfm Demon, 1 3/4" headers, Drag Radials and the list goes on....

not here, Ive been pulled over many times with the NOS bottle between my bucket seats of my old S-10. They ask me if its hooked up, and i say "No, see" as I hold up the dumby 3ft line I have under the bottle for jus that reason. It isnt even illegal to have hooked up(just less hastle), I jsut can have over 40lbs onboard....

legality is not an issue....
