Omg.. Fuel Line Burst open! I cant find the right fitting...

The rubber piece between the fuel rail's hard line and the hard line on the inside fender (feed line for fuel) of my TPI system has burst open.

It is a dual 16MM Female/Female Hose, and i cant find an adaptor OR new hose ANYWHERE..

I called the dealer they want $30 for a new hose, and im afraid it will just bust like this one. I want to use braided hose.

I have plenty of braided 6AN line, and 6AN fittings.
I need 16MM Female -> 6An fittings. cant find them on jegs or summit...

Any other suggestions?

I blew mine a couple weeks ago as well. I turned over every stone in town trying to find the fittings, they are not available. The hoses are discontinued at the dealer as far as I was told.

I headed to the junkyard and pulled a hose off a yard barge and am running it right now. There are adapters out there for both male and female, dont have the part numbers off hand, gave up on fabbing custom lines when I found the yard part.

In the near future though I will be buying the adapters that fit into the females on the TPI fuel rail and convert to -6AN. Then I will just run SS line to to the frame hard lines and install new -6AN tubing conectors.

Good luck!

Yes thats the fitting you need.... With the fittings listed below you'll be able to go from the stock hard fuel lines to the TPI rails using braided line:

EAR-9894DBH - connects to supply hard line on the frame
EAR-9894DBJ - connects to the return hard line on the frame
EAR-991955 - AN fitting for supply line on TPI rail
EAR-991954 - AN fitting for return line on TPI rail

Now buy 6AN hose ends ...you could go with straight (EAR-300106) ones but it might look cleaner if you use angled ones. These parts will let ya do:

hard lines -> DBJ & DBH fittings -> 6an hose ends -> braided lines -> 6an hose ends -> 1955 & 1954 fittings -> TPI fuel rail.
