'90 vs. '91 IROC

Are there any major mechanical or electrical differences between '90 and '91 350 TPI IROCs? I have a '90, and I've found a service manual for a '91 and I was wondering if I should jump on it. Thanks guys!

The biggest difference with the '91 IROC is that it is imaginary...other than that..same damn car! =)

I believe the 91's are speed density. I think 90 is MAF right?

No, 90's are speed density as well, I dont know of any differences besides that they are z28s not ROCs. If there are they are probably pretty small

The 90 and 91 are virtually identical mechanically. Dual cats were an option in 90 and standard in 91. Slight bump in compression I believe too with HP rated at 245 in 1991, due to the standard dual cats.

1990s are rarer due to only a half year model whereas 1991s are a 1 1/2 year. Originally, the 1992s were going to be a 4th Gen, but when they encountered delays, they decided to make a 1992.

The others are correct that IROCs were stopped on December 31, 1990. Some people claim there ARE some 1991 IROCs built just before December 31, 1990. I cannot comment.

if u are talkin about looks, the 91 have a different set of ground effects and rear bumpers. other than that, they are mechancilly similar.
