what are the symptoms of a bad t.v cable, how hard is it to change, how much do they go for???. anyone. thankyou.

 

Are you sure it isn't mis-adjusted? I've noticed over time that the ratchet adjuster just doesn't adjust anymore. I have to depress the button with one finger and move the slide with the other hand. I would imagine a bad cable would show the usual fraying at the exposed ends or have a kink in it that keeps it from sliding in it's casing.
