Headlight won't go up: the junkyard said the motors not broke but the relay is bad???
Is this true..or is he wrong. He said that because the headlight pops up a little bit that the motor is good but the relay is bad. What should I do??

87,
If you disconnect the power connector to the suspect motor (a single wire connector) you should be able to raise the headlight manually by turning the **** at the motor in the indicated direction. If you connect the power connector again, the motor should lower the lamp housing. (Be careful when connecting - the light should lower immediately.)
If the lamp housing lowers properly, the problem is not in the motor gearing. You could still have a problem with the end limit switches in the motor, or a relay.
If the lamp housing doesn't lower properly, the motor gearing may be stripped. There is a nylon worm gear in the housing that has a tendency to wear out.
If neither of those provide results, try tapping on the relay and the motor housing with the lights on.
