Can I get rid of my passenger side breather hose?

Can I get rid of my passenger side breather hose?
And replace it with a round one while blocking off the hole on the TB Thanks.

Yes you can, I did the same thing on mine. I use a push-in K&N breather and plugged the TB. Works just fine.
