1992 305 questions...
Hey guys. Couple of questions about a vehicle I just bought.
1992 GMC Sierra stepside, 4x4.
305 truck engine...how much horsepower/torque?? TBI, all bone stock for right now. I know that the truck engines were always rated higher than the car engines(different manifolds, etc...) Anybody have a HP figure?
Are there any good truck clubs on the net?? I have been hangin' out at this site for the past 5 years, and there are none like it!

Well, I can give you car figures. For a 1992 thirdgen with 305TBI, it's 170 horsepower and 255 foot-pounds of torque.
Are you really sure it's a 305 in a truck? I thought they always gave 350s.
