All the links on his site are dead. It sux too b/c that site has some stuff that I been loking for and am real interested in. I can't find an email anywhere, does anyone know how I can contact him to get him to get the site running again??
Yeah, it figures the one week I decide to take it down and rework it someone needs it. I'm trying to work it as fast as I can, but I'm at work a lot so...
Email me at cauffiel@erols.com and I'll send you the page as an interim until I can get the site fixed.
Steve
EDIT: As an aside I had to use two dental type scribes to pull the two contacts out toward the wall (against the spring pressure) while a friend of mine put the top piece back in. I fought with it for an hour before asking for help.

Steve your site is great and your car is phat as ****. I plan on getting the mega shifter for my car too. That heads up LED gear display sounds phat but I didnt really understand what u said about it. I'll take my motor apart this weekend probably. I did eventually get the motor back in and by my self too!! I put in the right block and the left block and slid the shaft in but i couldn't push it down any farther b/c the blocks need to be pulled back so i grabbed one of the wires going to the block with some needlenose and pulled it back and the motor slid the rest of the way down!! After that teh headlight actaully went up!!! I wass so suprised but the motor kept running for a little after the light went up and the next day the light didnt go up at all, it tried but fell down
Anyways thanx for the help...hopefully I can just flip the threads around and get some new bearings and it will be ok.

Hey thanks a lot '87Formula - I put some effort into that site so it's nice to get the compliments! Of course that "phat" car came home looking like this today:
which of course was very disturbing. Out of all the things I have changed - I haven't changed the fuel pump - well, guess what went bad today??
So, I guess now is as good a time as any to swap in my 3.73 rear end and the Walbro pump! Matter of fact, it seems to be the best time.
Anyway, I got the motor together the first (of three) time by myself after much, much swearing. The next two times I had help just to keep myself from having an aneurysm. The LED display just shows what gear I'm in by lighting up the corresponding light on the dashboard module - which is backwards - so it shows up correctly in the windshield. That's all - no real magic. I'm looking into something that will hook up with my Haltech and display all of the different stuff on a screen or in the windshield, we'll see. You are probably going to have to replace the rubber bearings when you crack yours open again, BTW.
