They will "fit", as in "bolt on"; but they are terrible heads. Among the worst of the 70s smoggers. They flow less than the better 305 heads do with the same size valves put into them. Also, your current heads have 58cc conbustion chambers, but those have 76 cc chambers; you'll end up with very low compression, maybe below 8:1.
Keep looking. The casting you should be looking for is 081, they're the ones that come on 87-up LG4, L69, and 305 TPI motors. Those would be a significant upgrade to what your TBI motor came with.
