bore over .060?

i just got an engine that is an 870 block, i'm not sure if its a 327 or 350 yet. its already .060 over, can you go any over that? its not going to be anything over 350hp. if you can't go any over that could you have it plated or someting?

No and No, go find a virgin block to rebuild. 870 is a 62-67 327 block. Although some of the early blocks like that can maybe be taken bigger, but you would have to have it sonic tested to find out.

You could probably get sleeves installed, but its probably not worth the cost.
