Fuel woes

Ok, so I think i've tracked down the bad starting problem (takes a while to turn over)

after you shut off the car, the car seems to have pretty much no fuel pressure at all, at the engine... turned the key, and tested again, and it seemed to have some pressure (squirted out)

changed the fuel filter, and it still seems to have this problem. :/

sound like a fuel pump problem?

.... reading through some posts using SEARCH it sounds like it could be a few things.. fuel pressure regulator? fuel pump, maybe? injectors... leaking? hmmmmmm.... when i changed spark plugs a week ago, i noticed one sparkplug seemed to have a thin coat of gas on it.... whcih makes me think something is wrong there...

Without a fuel pressure reading, any diagnosis will be pure speculation. Does the pump run for two seconds when you first turn on the ignition?
