I need torque Specs for Eagle H Beams

I need torque Specs for Eagle H Beams
I tore my motor down, but i just realized i want to re-use the eagle H beams and i lost the torque specs.
who can tell me how many ft.lbs they should be ? they are the 3D eagle ESP H beams, 5.7", with arp bolts... i thought it was in the 75 Ft.Lbs range with moly...

Here's what I've got for the 6" rods
Bolt Identification Torque Bolt Stretch
7/16" ARP 8740 7/16" bolt head 63 ft. lbs. .0059" - .0063"
7/16" ARP 2000 7/16" bolt head 75 ft. lbs. .0064" - .0068"
7/16" ARP L-19 1/2" bolt head 79 ft. lbs. .0073" - .0077"
grr stupid charts... can't get it to look right
