odd tailight question...now power steering problem???

I have an 84 berlinetta that has developed an interesting problem that needs help! The brakelights themselves work when you press the brakes but tailights will not light up when you have the headlights on, I have also noticed the parking lights are out. Do the tailights themselves have a fuse that could have burned? Any help or pointing in the right direction would help, I am getting this thing ready for the dreaded emission test and now this pops out arrgggghhh!!!! btw its an 305 V8 if that helps any

Yes, the tail lights have their own fuse.

Or, the bulbs just might all be bad.... it may be unlikely that all the TL filaments would burn out and the brake light ones still work, but not impossible...

From: out of my mind; be back in 5 minutes....
Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
The fuse is marked TAIL and is located between the CTSY and CRANK fuses. It calls for a 20A fuse.
