car not idling properly

car not idling properly
Hey guys. when my car is in park my rpms go from 750 - 1000 over and over again. p and then down, up and then down. I have no idea why. It isn's idling quite right in drive or reverse either but it doesnt flutuate really.

Sounds like it could be one of two things (I know from experince):
- Vacuum leak
- Uneven cylinder compression
Do a compression test... if they are all within 10%, then its not that (I think its 10% anyway)
