Fan switch part numbers

I'm looking into swapping back to factory electric fan on my '84 T/A from the current clutch fan setup, and was doing some checking up on the controlling system for the fan...

In the manual it mentions that the temperature switch will kick on the fan when the engine reaches around 235 degrees, and off again when it goes below (I think it was) 214 degrees. However I'd like to swap out the switch so the temperature cycles lower than that (for example use a switch that will cycle on at 215 degrees and off at 190 or something like that). Does anyone have any part numbers and/or applications that would use a switch with this range that I can swap to? This is going in a stock 305 with a 170 degree thermostat- the current setup keeps the engine around 170-180.....

Thanks!
