Could use some serions help with rear end.......

Ok, y'all, for those who have been following the previous thread you know the deal. Anyway, I talked to the dealer and they said that the whole thing is trashed: gear, carrier, axles, everything. They quoted me 1600 dollars. I really need to know my options here. Should I just find one at the yard and stuff it with good parts or what. I need to know some LESS EXPENSIVE options. Could really use some help here...........

Yah, you should be able to find a rear end in the junkyard or the classifieds for $300 or so.

what kinda goodies do you suggest I stuff it with, I don't want to rely on an off the shelf junkyard mutt. I think that the power out of the motor helped tear up the last one. Does anybody sell a complete kit for this kind of thing. I have no idea about diffs.

I'd suggest a Zexel-Torsen differential and an aluminum rearend cover/support brace. Both of which are in the article Kevin mentioned. The support brace helps prevent the ring gear from deflecting from the pinion due to housing flex. According to popular legend, this is the reason these rearends fail most of the time supposedly.
