Which balancer?
Hey all I am in the final stages of my 350 rebuild, but need to know what size balancer to use. It is a 1979 4 bolt main 350. Do I use the 8 inch or the 6 inch? Thanks in advance.

I think they are all the same, except for the 400... well, i know for sure that the 350 and 305's are the same. Just pull one off another 350 or 305 and it will work fine.

Well I am going to buy a new one, but there are the two different sizes. One guy I know has a 305 with the small balancer, yet another guy has the same year motor with the large balancer. I just dont want to get the wrong one and vibrate my hard earned cah apart LOL.....

I think any neutrally-balanced damper will work fine. May wanna get a 2nd opinion on that though.
