i pulled my center console out the other day and noticed some oil.. i tracked it down to my climate controls.. im guessing it was caused by a poorly functioning pcv system from one of my old engines.. anyway where does the vac line from the climate controls show up on the other side of the firewall??? i wanna try flushing it out and maybe put a filter in the line so this doesnt happen again ever.. kinda messy.. anybody ever have a problem like this before?

I have very little to contribute but here it goes. Few years ago my main vents cut out, all I had was the defrosting vents. After ripping my dash apart i finally came to the source. The small vacume lines (under the hood) behind the air intake manifold and around the distributor. One of them wiggled loose and caused the problem.
