knock sensor differences(TPI code 43)

I have gotten code 43 a few times, and was wondering if anyone knows if the knock sensors are different on the 305 TPI cars and 305 carbed cars. I am using the LG4 block with the original knock sensor...I was under the impression they are the same, but not sure. If anyone has info/part #'s let me know!
