How can you tell and what can be done about it? I think I got some but need to know before I go tearing into the engine.....

Symptoms:
Runs slightly rough, similar to clogged injectors.
BLM's are on the lean side.
No other symptoms, no codes.

Any ideas? Thanks guys!

If it's a sure thing, drain the fuel system and change the fuel filter.

Maybe have a fuel sample tested. They do it to the top three in each class at my races, though I don't know where you could go.

I've had bad gas before, passed after a few minutes though but seriously, I did but not in the Camaro. Dunno what happend but the nissan truck I used to have just died on the highway. Full throttle wouldn't do anything. Sat on the side of the road cranking it and finally started, ran like crap for a few then smoothed out. Dunno if water got in and just passed through the system or what. Never happend again though... untill I drove through that huge puddle

i wouldn't worry too much about "if i do" and just drain it. 12v external fuel pump and some rubber line works great and should be a part of your tool kit. run the old gas in your lawn mower or something. change filter and refill tank, might want to drop a can or 2 of dry gas in also. as a rule unless i'm traveling i always buy gas from the same place(s) so if i do have a problem i can know where to stay away from. really since the epa made all the stations change to plastic tanks i seldom hear of people getting contaminated fuel, not that it still couldn't happen
