ZZ4 questions

Guys, Those of you Who are Running the ZZ4 crate, What is your streetability ?

Im Looking To keep My car a Daily Driver And a weekend warrior, And the LG4 just does not Provide the latter.


Right Now I havent Decided weather I should Use the LG4 Shortblock and Build Up, Get a 350 Shortblock and Do it all, Or Get a crate Like the ZZ4.

My Main Concern Is Milage, as I put Down 50 Miles a Day To school and Back, I want to keep It Around 20.

Power Wise, Im looking For 14's NA. I imagine the ZZ4 through a 700R4 and 3.73 Posi Rear would Get this For me easily.


Whats your Guys Opinion? Im always Open To Suggestions.

Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt 3.73
If you have $4500 to blow (about $1000 more than the ZZ4 engine itself) I'd get the ZZ4 conversion kit. It includes the engine, plus a dual snorkel intake, dual cats, exhaust, suspension mods, etc, and it'll make the car run 13's! Definitely enough to have fun with a daily driver.

Car already has 3" Exhaust All the Way Back, Edlebrock TES going in next week sometime ( soon as i get my paycheck ) And I plan to Do everything Non Internal Engine related First, before i make My decision.


That Way, Weather I get a crate or Not, The Car will be ready to Handle the mOtor.
