Stealthram AFPR question (quick)

Ok I got the HSR, and was looking at the AFPR, and I couldn't find the vacuum port on it. Is the vacuum hole straight through the adjusting screw like it looks? That sure is a strange design.

Thats exactly where it is and it sucks to adjust! I spent like 45 minutes trying to adjust it at the track last week. Very poor design, but I'm happy with the performance!
