Leaking erl everywhere! Please help...

So I removed my oil cooler in my 89 GTA to fit my full length headers... I put two stainless bolts in the cooler's mounting holes, making sure that the filter would still mount flush. Now fast forward two months later... Going down the highway doing 100, my erl pressure surges up. I'd lost all of my oil. It was pissing from the oil seal... So I replace the filtro and fire it up. Same thing, the oil is just pouring out from the top of the filter. The mounting surface is clean and it is tight!
Any suggestions???
Thanks

Are you sure the mounting bolts aren't bottomed-out in the holes? Is the gasket above the cooler/filter adapter intact?
