Is this normal?

I took off my throttle body about a month ago and i don't remember seeing oil there... today i took it off and i see oil (or what looks to be oil) inside the intake... it's not thick or anything, it's dry and sticks to the intake... is this normal? i took a pic ...

also... kinda sucks but i found oil on the passenger side of the intake, near the rear... think i need a new valve cover, lol

All the oil is being drawn up by the pcv. Having oil in there isnt too unusual for a higher milage engine. My stock 305 did the same thing.
