Guys I know you cant mix the green with the dexcool(orange) but why cant you?? What happens if you do?

I seem to remember reading somewhere recently that nothing bad happened if you mixed them. Only thing is you lose the "extended life" properties of the dexcool.
Not totally sure though.

why would you want to? that dex-cool is garbage. ask most any gm technician and he will agree. this stuff is plugging up radiators on the gm s/t trucks. stay with the green.
