Not nearly enough information for us to help at this point.
Rattling = Not to many internal components. Knocks and Taps do.
Does it do in in neutral and increase with RPM or just when car is moving?
Use a screwdriver or something like it and place it to different engine components and put your ear to the plastic side and listen to hear if the sound is internal, move do different locations on non moving engine parts to determine the closest point to the noise.
If you hear tapping or knocking from inside, ground your plug wires using a grounded probe and again listen for the noise to go away.
There are some things to start with. Gather a little more information and post back with results for further assistance.

ok... its beginning to doit all the time it does it after ive been running for a while.. i can feel it in the acceleration pedal... it starts when i hit about 3000 RPM in second gear and every other gear after.... it began to do that about a week ago... lets see what else can i add...also i think it does it when my car is going up hill...... (could it be the rims i have on it? 18" irocz)
