Replaced camshaft, tried tuning engine, seems to run fine with air filter element off and vacuum advance disconnected. When everthing is back in place and hood is closed engine sputters out at idle. Also, distributor appeared to be rusty inside below the cap. With foot on the gas RPM's are all over the place, they jump and drop 1000 - 1500 rpms, continuously.
