Quick question about gas caps

Are the gas caps for 4th gens the same as 3rd gens?

Luke,

You know who I am.

Sorry, I couldn't resist...

A new cap is only about ten bucks, so unless you have a big supply of surplus fourth-gen caps, why bother?

I saw a locking gas cap LPE sold for 4th gens.. just wondering if it would fit. I could always go down to autozone to buy one, but that would be too damn easy -=)

Just checked it out today.

The answer is no.

3rd gen caps screw on.

4th gen caps go on like a radiator cap.
