Some strangeness...

Well the weather has turned off a bit colder up here and i got into the camaro last friday to see a "check engine" light. It was a little strange though because it seemed to be flickering, instead of a solid. It soon turned off after about 3 miles of driving so when i got home i checked all of the fluids and such, checked for strange noises and nothing seemd out of the ordinary. I have since seen it once on saturday for about 3 seconds longer than normal doing the same flicker. At almost 100,000 miles i am sure some things will need replacing, but i would figure if something is actually setting it off the light would be solid, but i am not sure. Power and gas milage seem right so i am not too worried about egr or o2. Anything ideas? Just an electrical gremlin?

the erratic flickering CE light might be a sign of a power distribution problem in the car's electrical system. The only other time it wont be steady is when there is an error reading the eprom. Itll flash rapidly. What codes does it return?

I haven't messed with the codes yet, but considering i have some occasional weirdness with the dash lighting (both turn signal indicators on solid along with the high beam indicator (low beams on) and then it will go away after i flash the high beams a couple times) i guess this is infact just an electrical gremlin.
